Without adult volunteers, our youth members would not be able to enjoy the adventure of Scouting.
Training
All Scouters are expected to take part in the Woodbadge Training Scheme which helps them understand Scouting and their role within it, and gain the competencies and confidence necessary for them to fulfil their role.
